These Terms & Conditions govern all online purchases made through our official website. By accessing and using our site, you accept these terms in full. We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided to the best of our ability. Slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to natural differences in raw materials or production. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without prior notice.

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified at checkout). We accept payments through secure online payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, Wallets, etc.). Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We deliver across India within 5–10 working days (depending on location). Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates; unforeseen delays due to courier or external factors are beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed over to the courier.

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted in cases of: Wrong item delivered Damaged or defective product received Expired product delivered Customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. In case of cancellation, refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 7 working days.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient. Products must be stored as per the instructions mentioned on the packaging to ensure safety and quality.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India (or registered office location).
