To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of
the product at the time of opening.
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used food products.
- Products without original packaging or missing labels.
- Damage caused after delivery or due to improper storage.
- Returns requested beyond 5 days of receipt.
